This week on the menu we have sweet Plantain Chips. Originated in Southeast Asia but are grown in India, Africa, Egypt, and tropical America. They have many nutritional advantages compared to potatoes.

Here are some health benefits to eating Plantain Chips.

- Contains lower amounts of sodium compared to regular chips which can lead to high blood pressure, kidney damage, stroke, and etc. Also contains less fat compared to potato chips.
